Please DO NOT bring anything with red dye such as wine, fruit drinks etc. 

Do NOT use skin bronzing products (self tanner, bronzer etc...) 48 hrs prior to the trip. 

These items are known to stain the deck and upholstery and additional cleaning or replacement fees will be applied.

Smoking and drug use are not allowed due to this being a USCG Certified Vessel. However vaping is allowed

Yes, our tiki boat is equipped with a clean, private bathroom (marine head) for your convenience during the trip. However, we recommend using the marina facilities before boarding for maximum comfort.

Our vessel meets the highest safety regulations and has tall handrails. However anyone is allowed to wear a life jacket if they want to. 

Per Alabama Law, Children under 8 years of age must wear a properly secured U. S. Coast Guard-approved PFD at all times while onboard any boat.

We provide standard sized Life Jackets for all passengers and children. If you have a smaller child infant, or anyone under the age of 3, you must bring the life jacket that fits them properly.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This allows time for parking, unloading your items, a brief safety orientation, and boarding.

The marina is easy to find and has free parking for our guests, although taking a Uber / Lyft/ Taxi is recommended. The Boat is located at Reel Surprise Marina, on the west docks, behind Louisiana Lagniappe and SanRoc Cay Shopping at 27267 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

If the parking lot is full or you have more then two cars, please use the overflow lot next door at 27075 Perdido Beach Blvd Parking. There is a walking path to the marina.

The boat and captain/crew are paid separately. The boat is paid for at the time of booking your charter. You will employ and pay a captain/crew separately, directly on the day of the charter at an additional cost.  The Captain/Crew take cash and a variety of digital cash apps such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. 

The Captain/Crew fee is $75 per hour and includes water, ice, ice chest, and fuel. 

Gratuity is not included in their fee, while it is not required, it is greatly appreciated!

Gratuity is not included in the charter price. While never required, if you enjoy your experience, a customary gratuity of 15-20% for the captain and crew is appreciated. They work hard to ensure you have a memorable and safe experience.

After you complete your booking, you will get a link to the waiver forms. This can be emailed to all passengers over 18 to sign before the trip. Parents or guardians will sign for passengers under 18. 

Completing the online waiver before your departure will significantly expedite the check-in process on the day of your charter. Additionally, to ensure a smooth experience for everyone in your party, we kindly ask that you share the waiver link with all members of your group.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and having all necessary documentation in advance helps us ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Our standard Cancellation Policy allows you to cancel for any reason up to 14 days in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.

Purchasing Trip Protection - provides peace of mind and allows you to cancel or reschedule your trip up to the day of departure for any reason, unforeseen or otherwise, without risk of losing your charter fee.

You may choose to either reschedule or receive a full credit for use toward a future trip. We provide you with a gift card that is transferable and never expires.

Customers will receive a full refund, or credit for future use, if canceled 14 days prior to departure date. Cancellation must be made by email to (jess@coasteasetikis.com). 

We do not cancel trips based on forecasts.  Orange Beach has a very unique eco-system and the forecasts are often incorrect. We will make a "go/no go" decision 1 HOUR prior to the scheduled departure time and observe the weather in real time. If you cancel due to forecasted conditions, and the captain makes a "go" decision, then the deposit/initial payment is forfeited.

No-shows will be charged the full price.
